Elastic binding seals out drafts while being comfortable against your face, and will not restrict your vision. The Windom Hood will keep you warm while sleeping, hiking or being active in camp. For typical use between 20° - 50°F.

Windom Hood

I purchased the Windom Hood for a backpacking trip in RMNP in mid-October. The hood is the perfect complement to my Flex 30. Temp got down into the mid 20s and I stayed plenty warm. So much better for sleeping than a traditional mummy bag

Honestly bought this cause I thought it would look silly to wear around camp but 4 nights in the beartooths sold me that this is a great piece of sleeping kit. Can’t recommend enough for someone in a quilt

Keeps me head warm when it’s cold. Used it when it got down to about 25f and my head was nice n toasty. Highly recommend

Best Buy of gear purchases (for me) in 2022

This makes sleeping in sub-40 temps a treat. Perfect compliment to a quilt. Warm and quiet I keep in on until coffee is brewed and sun comes up. Very packable. Highly recommend.
